Applications must be submitted through our official platform only. Applications submitted through other means are not accepted to ensure proper handling of the case.
It is mandatory to attach a video that clearly shows:

  • Receiving the package.

  • The unpacking process.

  • The condition and operation of the product at the time of opening.

📌 Important:

  • The video must be continuous, without cuts or edits. This ensures transparency in the process and avoids misunderstandings.

  • Photos will not be accepted as evidence. Submitting images instead of video may automatically invalidate your warranty claim.
